About the Role:

The Med-Metrix Implementation Expert will be responsible for supporting the implementation of revenue cycle services for new clients.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with both internal staff and external customers to assess, document, design and deploy implementation processes across revenue cycle services.

  • Develop policy and procedure documentation as well as standard operating procedures to develop an implementation playbook for hand-off to operations at go-live.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to develop detailed process documentation that outlines specific process steps to execute a revenue cycle function.
  • Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client assessment meetings to discover existing revenue cycle processes.
  • Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
  • Provide support to internal operations on strategic initiatives in documenting process optimizations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Operational or Implementation Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
  • Experience with Patient Accounting and/or Patient Access provider settings.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills- Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations to resolve.
