Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer to join our team. As a Paid Social Media Buyer, you will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing our client's paid media ad accounts across platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Your main focus will be on launching and managing campaigns, keeping a close eye on budgets, and conducting frequent A/B testing to gather data across ads and creative. The core focus is to scale accounts, with an emphasis on client ROAS goals.

You will drive growth and ROI for our clients by managing needs internally while providing insight and roadmaps for clients on where and how to scale. You will use your experience to make decisions and take calculated risks worth testing in order to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands across paid social (e.g., Meta and TikTok).
  • Dig into the data and transform it into actionable next steps to reach success in our client's ad accounts.
  • Use analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to launch and manage successful paid social ads by error-free building of ads and troubleshooting account performance.
  • Strong understanding and ability to rapidly optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients by providing project managers and growth leads with valuable insights for meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles.
  • Manage campaign budgets using a data-driven approach with a consumer-first focus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects, and execute based on priority.
  • Meticulous and thorough, with a passion for detail.
