Paid Social Lead

This is a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing the development and execution of paid social media campaigns to drive growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing these campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

  • Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Analyze performance drivers to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Leverage data to inform decisions and drive campaign success.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven track record of efficient growth through a deep understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large-scale campaigns on paid social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • Familiarity with Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web and app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
