Responsibilities
  • Review brands starting the sign-up process and their profiles.
  • Welcome new clients, answer questions, handle objections, and clarify our value proposition.
  • Understand client needs, manage expectations, and educate them on our product.
  • Qualify suitable plans for each brand while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Set best practices and expectations for maximizing tracking, content, promotion, and commission.
  • Manage Salesforce records and set up communication flows.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams on common client objections and pain points.

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • CRM system experience (Salesforce preferred) for lead management and progress tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
