Technical Leader Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to spearhead the development of cloud-based services, ensuring alignment with project goals and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in C# and .NET Framework, as well as experience with React JS, SQL scripting, and XML/BML/fpML.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop cloud-based services to replace legacy applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather software requirements.
  • Mentor engineers to ensure technical excellence and best practices.
  • Code microservices in C# following SOLID principles.
  • Develop unit and integration tests.
  • Collaborate with teams to solve complex problems.
  • Document processes throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Provide technical support and system knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in C#, .NET Framework, REACT JS, SQL scripting, and XML/BML/fpML.
  • Experience in cloud architectures and solutions, particularly AWS.
  • Understanding of invoice workflows and financial compliance.
  • Familiarity with microservice architectures.
  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming skills and SOLID principles.
  • Proficient in Test Driven Development and Git version control.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in refactoring monolithic applications to microservices.
  • Familiarity with messaging systems and containerization technologies.
