Job Title: Cloud Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned cloud expert to lead our cloud strategy and transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the assessment, migration, and modernization of applications to Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cloud adoption and ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems.
  • Establish and enforce cloud governance, standards, and operational best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members on cloud architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure automation.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on Google Cloud Platform architecture experience.
  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification (active).
  • Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, VPC, Cloud Functions, IAM, GKE, etc.
  • Strong experience in designing large-scale distributed systems, migrating legacy applications, and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Solid understanding of security, networking, identity, and compliance in cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
