Job Description
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team in Philippines. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales portfolios for industry-leading customers and promoting our products to drive big wins for our global organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and enhance our image by maintaining effective customer communication and aligning local needs with global objectives.
- Promote our products to customers while meeting our segmentation service policy for this customer base.
- Manage designated Global, Regional or Country Key Accounts by forecasting, sampling, providing price quotations and following up on customer queries and handling customer complaints - in accordance with our procedures to deliver the expected customer sales service platform.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts with partner distributors, capturing these opportunities in Salesforce.com and selectively converting them into new sales to expand our profitable market share.
- Participate in the development of industry plans for your designated industry categories, identifying assessable market potentials, market trends, and key customer opportunities and reviewing execution, progress, and potential for upgrades on a monthly cycle with the team.
- Provide timely and accurate activity reports to the Sales Leaders for inclusion in the SEA reporting requirements to effectively measure progress against agreed plans and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
