Key Responsibilities

The Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Monitors and evaluates the system-wide implementation of the PMS, addresses concerns of account HRBPs, generates reports from SAP-SF, identifies gaps, generates insights on collected data, and recommends action plans when needed.
  • Implements the Talent Review process through cascade and orientation of the process and related materials to HRBPs for alignment, participates in the calibration sessions, and gathers feedback to identify areas for improvement (AFI); develops recommendations to address gaps and AFIs.
  • Develops career and competency maps for Officers and below, and designs assessment tools to measure proficiency levels against required proficiency level for assigned positions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in talent management, with experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive business outcomes. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
