Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Global Wholesale Strategy: Develop and execute a global wholesale sales strategy to drive international growth and cultivate long-term relationships with top-tier retail partners.
  2. Buyer Relationships: Nurture relationships with key buyers, department stores, specialty boutiques, and luxury retail partners worldwide.
  3. Brand Representation: Represent the brand at international trade shows, market weeks, showrooms, and private appointments.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align seasonal collections with market demand and commercial strategy.
  5. Market Insights: Provide insights on product feedback, regional trends, and market performance to inform collection development.
  6. Negotiation and Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with wholesale partners, and manage budgets and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
  7. New Opportunities: Identify and secure new opportunities in emerging or underdeveloped markets.
Qualifications:
  1. Industry Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales within the luxury fashion industry.
  2. Network and Contacts: Strong network of buyers and established contacts across key international markets.
  3. Performance Record: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Skill Set: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Organizational Ability: Highly organized with the ability to manage complex timelines, markets, and product assortments.
