Requirements:Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in leading IT teams in a BPO company, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products
Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Work Arrangements:

This is an on-site position requiring a Graveyard shift schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Regular attendance is necessary to meet the demands of this role.
