As a business analyst, you will play a vital role in our organization by assisting in gathering and analyzing business requirements for successful project delivery. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to validate project deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
