Senior Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our testing initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Test Strategy that encompasses Defect Management, NFT, Automation & Test Tool, and overall Planning and estimation for testing resources.
  • E nsure testing scope is accurate by aligning requirements with business stakeholders/project team.
  • Oversee the execution and completion of End-to-end Test Activities, ensuring QA standards are enforced on all projects.
  • P repare and execute Testing Kick-off and reviews/approve Test Execution Plans for End-to-End Testing.
  • E nsure Traceability from Requirements and facilitate test readiness/coordinating with Test Environment readiness for End-to-End Testing.
  • I ssue Test Completion Certificate for End-to-End Testing and prepare Test Closeout Report at the end of Testing Activities.
  • C reate reports for senior managers on progress and issues. Train, coach, and mentor QA members.

Requirements:

  • A t least 5 years' experience as a Test Manager or equivalent position.
  • A dvanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices.
  • P roficiency in written and spoken English.
  • L eadership skills.
  • K nowledgeable in HPQC and Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
  • A bility to handle multiple projects, lead the testing team, and manage pressure from business/stakeholders.
