Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP ABAP Software Engineer to join our team. As a senior member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying multi-layered SAP solutions that meet multidimensional business requirements.

You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and partner with multi-functional teams and leadership to drive innovation within our SAP landscape.

  • Design and Deploy SAP Solutions: You will be responsible for owning the design and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
  • Analyze and Optimize SAP Systems: You will analyze and optimize existing SAP systems and processes for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts: You will collaborate with business analysts to bring together and refine requirements, translating them into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Develop Custom ABAP Programs: You will develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
  • Lead System Integration Processes: You will lead all aspects of system integration processes, ensuring detailed connectivity between SAP and other enterprise applications.
  • Mentor Junior Engineers: You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, encouraging their professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proficiency in ABAP Programming: You should have proficiency in ABAP programming and experience with other languages such as Java and JavaScript.
  • SAP Module Expertise: You should be highly qualified in multiple SAP modules including AP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, HANA Modeling, CDS Views, and BI Tools.
  • Integration Technologies: You should have a strong understanding of integration technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs.
  • Cloud-Based SAP Solutions: You should have experience with cloud-based SAP solutions such as SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: You should have extensive problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication and Leadership Abilities: You should have excellent communication and leadership abilities.
