Role Description

This role involves working as a senior associate in our Acceleration Center Manila, specializing in SAP ABAP consulting services. Our team assists clients in optimizing operational efficiency by analyzing their needs and implementing software solutions.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and work on tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. They should be able to anticipate the needs of their teams and clients, and deliver quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage support ticketing queue with multiple open items
  • Lead client status meetings and manage relationships
  • Offer functional and technical subject matter knowledge
  • Manage project lifecycle for timely delivery
  • Address complex issues and mentor team members
  • Maintain exceptional standards and quality outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP consulting services
  • Oral and written proficiency in English necessary
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL process knowledge/understanding preferred
  • Proven experience in developing customized, premium solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA platform
  • Experience in integrating SAP with external 3rd party systems
  • Exceptional core ABAP skills
  • Hands on experience developing enterprise grade web services
  • Skilled debugging skills for standard and custom Fiori applications
  • Adequate understanding of performance and unit testing tools for SAPUI5 applications
  • SAP certification preferred
