We are redefining brand and consumer connections. Our cashback platform serves millions across 13 markets, partners with merchants, and powers transactions daily.

The Role

You will bridge our internal teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to create engaging content across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more.

  • Partner with design and media teams to brief and request assets for campaigns.
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies for fresh video content.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear briefs for measurable outcomes.
  • Build a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across paid platforms.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate.
  • Stay ahead of trends to keep ads relevant and engaging.

In this role, you will work with the US timezone to drive outcomes for the US market.

Essentials to Succeed
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics.
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new workflows and enhance productivity.
