Job Title: Professional Bookkeeper and Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
Cyberbacker is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working independently and have strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop quality assurance standards and company processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing, ensuring that all cash flow are tracked and counter-checked before payout.
* Respond to inquiries during and after payout, and help the team in addressing disputes.
* Collaborate with the team to create a process that minimizes or eliminates discrepancies.

Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
* Must have audit experience and knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
* Good command of the English language and excellent communication skills.

Device Specifications:
* Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required.
* Windows or Mac is acceptable.
* At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available.

Network Requirements:
* 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection is required.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
