Job Overview

The Production Coordinator is a key role in overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing and production process of fine or fashion jewelry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring quality control and timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage production schedules, allocate workloads, and track progress across internal teams and external manufacturers.
  • Coordinate with designers, CAD teams, bench jewelers, casters, and stone setters to bring designs to life.
  • Source and manage relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors (casting, polishing, plating, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed production documentation including BOMs (Bill of Materials), cost sheets, and timelines.
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards across all stages of production.
  • Forecast inventory needs and ensure all necessary materials (metals, stones, findings) are procured on time.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, minimize delays, and optimize efficiency and cost.
  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and logistics teams to align production with customer demand and seasonal launches.

Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in jewelry production or manufacturing management, strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes (casting, stone setting, polishing), and supply chain, familiar with CAD/CAM and jewelry design software, strong vendor and supplier management experience, detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and quality.

Purely remote, night shift, weekly pay.
