We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and building scalable, high-performance data pipelines across diverse platforms and data sources.

The successful candidate will drive the full lifecycle of data pipeline development, from design to deployment, and ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and build data pipelines that meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data needs and deliver effective engineering solutions
  • Resolve complex data challenges and ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or backend data systems development
  • Skills:
  • Data Pipeline Orchestration and Workflow Management
  • Apache Airflow: Popular for scheduling and monitoring complex data pipelines
  • Prefect: Modern orchestration tool gaining adoption
  • Apache NiFi, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory: ETL tools for data integration and transformation
  • DataDog or similar tools for tracking and monitoring data pipelines
  • DevOps and CI/CD Tools: Docker, Git, CircleCI (or other CI/CD pipelines) for containerization, version control, and automated deployments
