Salesforce Data Migration and Data Quality Specialist Role

Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and readiness of Salesforce data is crucial for sales and operations teams to perform optimally. As a key specialist in this area, you will be responsible for migrating data from legacy systems into Salesforce while maintaining its integrity.

This role demands meticulous attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Your primary goal will be to optimize data quality by identifying and resolving discrepancies in records and fields.

Key responsibilities include preparing and executing seamless data migrations, managing duplicate records, enriching account and contact details, and upholding ongoing data hygiene practices.

Essential Skills:
  • A comprehensive understanding of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships (admin certification an advantage).
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP, Fuzzy Matching, deduplication, filtering, and sorting.
  • Strong relational database knowledge, SQL, and SOQL query expertise.
