Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at Enigma Software Solutions Inc. in Binan City, Laguna.

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building equipment and fixtures.
2. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
3. Coordinate with vendors for specialized services as needed.
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
5. Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to established safety protocols.

• Experience in maintenance or as a handyperson, preferably in office settings.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and repair procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
