Job Title: Director of Strategic Partnerships
">About the RoleThis role will play a key part in driving our strategic partnerships forward, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our partners are fully enabled and empowered to grow with our platform.
Develop and execute partner strategy, focusing on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
Lead onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.
Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Business-level fluency in English (required)
Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with clients or partners is a strong plus.
