Global Wholesale Strategy Director

Establish a global wholesale strategy, drive international expansion and cultivate key partnerships as a seasoned Sales Director. This role requires deep industry expertise, a strong network of buyers and wholesale accounts, and the ability to expand market presence while preserving brand integrity.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute global sales strategies, including market expansion, account acquisition and revenue growth targets.
- Nurture relationships with key buyers, department stores, specialty boutiques and luxury retail partners worldwide.
- Represent the brand at international trade shows, market weeks, showrooms and private appointments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align seasonal collections with market demand and commercial strategy.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational capabilities.
- 7+ years of experience in sales within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on global wholesale and B2B relationship management.
- A strong network of established contacts across key international markets.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, growing wholesale revenue and expanding brand presence in high-end retail environments.
