Backend Specialist

As a seasoned backend specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Seller Central listings. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex cases will be instrumental in minimizing downtime and maintaining compliance with Amazon's policies.
In this dynamic role, you will oversee case submissions related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges. Your exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning case submissions in Amazon Seller Central
- Acting as the go-to expert for backend resolution
- Maintaining organized case history and tracking response timelines
- Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues
- Demonstrated success resolving complex cases and navigating Amazon's internal processes
- Strong knowledge of supplement regulations and compliant claims language
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills
