Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team, responsible for designing and executing complex projects in the retail industry.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Utilize MS Office applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, as well as specialized software like SAP and CADD.
  • Stay up-to-date with local building codes and international design standards.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of three years' experience in design and execution, with expertise in mall/retail industry.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications and specialized software.
  • Above-average communication (oral and written) and creative thinking skills.
  • Knowledgeable in various design phases, including conceptualization, schematic, design development, and project handover.
  • Familiarity with BIM Revit is a plus.
