About This Opportunity

We're seeking a customer-obsessed Payroll Analyst who can drive process excellence, manage key stakeholder relationships, and implement innovative solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own complete payroll processing cycle
  • Execute and optimize comprehensive payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
  • Payroll accounting reconciliations
  • Resolve payroll queries and escalations

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and build trust with our employees. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of stakeholder management and strong analytical capabilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 years+ of payroll/HR experience
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Proven track record of stakeholder management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor law
- Familiar with HCM, Payroll and Time & Attendance Technologies
