Digital Advertising Specialist

Join a dynamic team in enhancing the reach and visibility of top-performing content across Meta platforms.

About This Role:
  • Develop and manage ads to boost top-performing KOL and creator content, staying up-to-date with Meta platform best practices, ad formats, and algorithm changes.
  • Collaborate with the Creator and KOL Management team to identify high-performance content pieces for boosting.
  • Analyze campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Set up and manage campaigns to optimize traffic, click-through rates, cost-per-click, and return on ad spend.
  2. Monitor and optimize ad performance daily, focusing on key metrics.
  3. Develop and implement ad spend optimization principles and boosting frameworks.
  4. Conduct A/B tests to improve audience targeting, creative effectiveness, and delivery results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising or media buying, preferably with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking).
  • Experience in boosting influencer or KOL content is highly valued.
  • Solid data analysis skills; proficiency in Meta Ads reporting tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires someone who is passionate about creators, social media trends, and digital innovation, with a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and experience in digital advertising or media buying.
