Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a global team responsible for supporting our sales organization.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient execution of operational processes and providing timely support to our internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with our marketplace partners and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with team members across multiple time zones to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and improve team performance.
  • Provide technical support to our sales teams and external partners, resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.
  • Strong knowledge of sales service desk tools and quoting/billing/vendor management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
