Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and management, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Quality Assurance:
    • Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems.
  • Data Pipeline Management:
    • Designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines to support seamless data flow.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Analyzing operational processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • System Administration:
    • Maintaining and troubleshooting data and reporting systems, including administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any IT or Computer related course preferably Engineering, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or Statistics related.
  • 3 to 5 years experience.
Skills:
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of basic SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and trends in data.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration Skills: Effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions.
