Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at B. Braun Group. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal operation and performance of dialysis equipment at hospitals and free-standing dialysis centers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to generate sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key prospects, understand industry trends, and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with healthcare clients to maximize revenue and profitability while meeting their unique requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes and developments in the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, competitive activities, and emerging trends, to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment at assigned hospitals and dialysis centers to ensure optimal operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks within the designated timeframe to meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, documenting findings and implementing solutions to restore equipment functionality.
