Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and measure key metrics to prove existing product performance and customer success
  • Analyze ad-hoc data requests from business and product stakeholders
  • Work directly with the Product Team to understand and communicate future growth opportunities for our business
  • Build business cases, operating, and financial models with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on operational status surrounding product and business lines
  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and inform decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of work experience in consulting or product operations
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in an analytical field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and other data analytics tools
  • Ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
