Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire top talent for various positions within the company
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruitment or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
