This role requires experience in desktop support or infrastructure roles, as well as strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

As a Business Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the procurement and deployment of IT equipment and software, collaborating with 24/7 Service Desk, regional colleagues, and specialist teams overseas, and documenting and maintaining accurate records.

Key Skills:
  • Technical expertise in desktop support or infrastructure roles
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including 365, AD, MIM, and InTune
  • Proficiency in problem-solving techniques and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
