Job Title: Retail Store Operations ManagerAbout the Role

The primary goal of this position is to manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing sales programs, merchandising strategies, and product volume forecasting.

You will also analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop initiatives to enhance crew performance and customer service.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Program Evaluation: Conduct regular analysis of sales performance data to inform sales building plans and requirements.
  2. Merchandising Strategies: Develop and implement effective in-store and out-of-store merchandising programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  3. Product Volume Forecasting: Identify and forecast product volume based on sales forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  4. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance sales performance.
  5. Crew Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Food and Beverage operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing retail stores and teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Conditions

The majority of your work will be conducted in-store. You may be required to participate in training programs and other activities outside of the store on an occasional basis.
