Purchasing Assistant Role

Circa Logica Group is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Assistant to join our team. As a Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, and facilitating communications related to procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Handle purchase orders, including processing, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Facilitate communications with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
