Circa Logica Group is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Assistant to join our team. As a Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, and facilitating communications related to procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Handle purchase orders, including processing, tracking, and follow-up.
- Facilitate communications with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
