About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operational knowledge and expertise in Workday Employee data management and Employee Experience processes for the Greater Asia & 1UL market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize employee experiences by providing accurate and timely data management in Workday.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead ad-hoc and business-as-usual activities for People Operations, including APR Change.
  • Manage Business Continuity Planning for markets, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations with data management responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in customer service, PEX, HR advisory, or live chat support, preferably within an HR context.
  • Understanding of HR processes and policy with experience working in regional or multi-country operations is desirable.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
