Your Role: In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to define program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will develop robust forecasting and planning approaches to ensure sufficient supply of fleets, manpower, and freights. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with LSP partners, provide guidance and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new LSP partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth and expansion of the LSP program, including identifying new partnerships and incubating their growth.
  • Supply Forecasting and Planning: Develop robust forecasting and planning approaches to ensure sufficient supply of fleets, manpower, and freights.
  • Program Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze program performance metrics, operational data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations, strategy, and legal/compliance teams, to align program objectives with broader company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in program management, logistics, or supply chain with at least 10 years of working experience with leadership, including managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
