Main Responsibilities
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record employee clock-in and clock-out times using our timekeeping system to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Exception Handling: Handle exceptions such as missed punches, early departures, and late arrivals, maintaining a fair and consistent approach.
- Attendance Management: Track and manage employee absences, including vacation days, sick leave, and other time off, ensuring seamless workflow continuity.
