Security Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Security Analyst to join our team and take an active role in advancing our security offering and capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing client security systems, responding to and managing security incidents, and working closely with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining client security systems, including endpoint protection, email security, log aggregation, network security systems, identity threat protection solutions, dark web protection solutions, data loss prevention solutions, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Responding to and managing security incidents, including incident investigations, malware detections, and zero-day vulnerabilities.
  • Monitoring and researching evolving security threats and providing detailed analysis for security communication with clients.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud security, email security solutions, network security devices and platforms, vulnerability management, and enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain accurate documentation of procedures and generate comprehensive reports.
