Family Empowerment SpecialistAbout the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with families and help them reach their full potential. As a Family Empowerment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our family training pipeline, guiding families through the healthcare maze, and partnering with various teams to advance our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Family Empowerment Efforts: Develop and implement strategies to empower families, improve their access to care, and enhance their overall well-being.
  • Support Families: Provide guidance, resources, and advocacy to help families navigate complex systems and overcome challenges.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with technology, clinical, and product teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that benefit families.
  • Build Community: Coordinate events, meet-ups, and other activities that foster connections among families and promote a sense of community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-4 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
