Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Performance Management Framework: Research and propose a system that fits the company's needs. Define performance evaluation criteria (e.g., productivity, quality, attendance, collaboration). Align performance expectations with company goals.
  • Identify & Set Employee KPIs: Work with department heads to define job-specific KPIs for each role. Ensure KPIs are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). Create a structured KPI tracking system.
  • Establish Employee Evaluation Processes: Design an employee performance review process (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Develop evaluation forms, self-assessments, and manager feedback templates. Train managers on how to conduct performance reviews.
  • Implement a Performance Monitoring System: Select tools for tracking performance (Excel, HR software, or a manual system). Regularly collect employee performance data (work output, attendance, behavior, etc.). Identify employees needing support or improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Provide Feedback & Development Plans: Organize performance feedback sessions between managers and employees. Identify training needs and recommend skill development programs. Assist in setting career growth pathways for employees.
