About Cloud Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, implement and maintain scalable cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud architectures, particularly AWS; proficiency in administering AWS services such as ECS, CloudFront, CloudFormation/Terraform, CloudWatch, IAM, and more.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines integrating tools for efficient software delivery.
  • Manage Docker and Kubernetes to enhance scalability and flexibility.
  • Implement APM solutions (e.g., New Relic) and use CloudWatch, CloudWatch Events/Alarms, syslogs, and other cloud analytics tools.
  • Automate tasks using IaC with tools like Terraform to streamline deployment of containers and EC2 instances.
  • Apply AWS security best practices to protect infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot server resource management, database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL); experience with Linux and Windows servers.
  • Scripting and automation using AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, and SNS for event-driven patterns.
Requirements
  • Hard Skills:
  • Proven CI/CD pipeline development experience.
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and container management tool expertise.
  • AWS cloud architecture, security, and compliance knowledge.
  • Observability tool proficiency (e.g., New Relic).
  • IaC and automation tool expertise (e.g., Terraform, Packer).
  • IT operations skills including troubleshooting, server management, database management, and network troubleshooting.
  • System administration skills: Apache/Nginx configuration, OS updates, patching.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Node.js).
