We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, conducting interviews and assessments, maintaining employee records, and administering employee benefits.
Main Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Source and attract top talent through various channels, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for each role.
- Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial application to onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and existing employees.
- Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for each role, aligning with our company's values and requirements.
- Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, leaves, and other HR-related processes, providing timely support to employees as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or recruitment role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- HR Knowledge: Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects of HR management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective liaison with employees at all levels, from entry-level to senior management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR information systems, facilitating efficient data management and analysis.
