Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Remote Site Management Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing remote sites and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement site management strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients and other site stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain detailed records of site operating characteristics and updates them in our records management system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests for assistance and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize vendor services and functions for clients and third parties.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders through various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with site operating characteristics and update records accordingly.
  • Respond to client requests for service and assistance in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facility management or remote site operations.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written.
