**Job Profile:**

V SHIPS SERVICES OCEANA INC. is looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our Voyage Loyalty team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and proposing solutions to problems independently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with colleagues across V to assess improvement areas in the seafarer experience.
  • Interpret and communicate the business use and requirements to the technology team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 2 years' experience as a data analyst.
  • Knowledge in foundational data management areas, such as Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Architecture and Data Integration.
  • Spoken and written English.
