Platform Engineer

The Platform Engineer will oversee the management of certificate dashboards and end-to-end certificate renewal, collaborating closely with global application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless implementation of secrets management.

This role is perfect for an individual who excels in analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. Experience working with IT systems and processes, as well as familiarity with agile methodologies, is highly valued.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computing Science or Engineering
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing certificate management tools, ideally ServiceNow Certificate Management and Sectigo. Expert knowledge of PKI, cryptography, and certificate management products is essential, along with experience working with Automated Certificate Management Environment protocol (ACME) and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage certificate management dashboards and end-to-end certificate renewal
  2. Collaborate with global application and infrastructure teams for seamless implementation of secrets management
  3. Contribute to the technical direction on all areas of secrets management
  4. Maintain professional and technical process knowledge
  5. Identify meaningful metrics to highlight related risks and influence behavior change
