Technical Lead Position Overview

This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity for a Technical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical implementation projects, providing support and resolving complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams, analyzing business requirements, configuring solutions, and conducting training sessions. This role demands in-depth technical expertise and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Provide technical support and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and customize solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and administrators.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical support experience and proficiency in solution configuration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management.
  • Sales and business development skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Manila.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Technical certification(s) is advantageous.
