Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and deploying applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on building scalable and efficient software solutions using a range of technologies including Typescript/Javascript. You will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to less experienced colleagues, as well as contributing to the identification and implementation of new areas of software process improvement within the organisation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving complex problems in technical and business domains, presenting complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and contributing to business decisions.

• Technical Skills:
• Advanced understanding of Typescript/Javascript
• Experience with software development systems and processes
• Understanding of design thinking approaches and techniques
• Pair and mob programming experience
• Understanding of practical implementations of agile and lean principles
• Financial literacy to support forecasting and cost-benefit analyses

Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
