About the Opportunity

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive the design of visually appealing and high-converting mobile app interfaces, enhancing user experience and driving business growth
  • Develop and maintain a robust design system, ensuring consistency across all app components
  • Analyze data and conduct A/B testing to optimize user scenarios, increasing conversions and driving business success
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to deliver exceptional results
  • Design and implement micro-animations to enhance user experience (Lottie, Rive, After Effects)
  • Conduct research to identify user pain points, improving key user scenarios and driving business growth
  • Ensure designs comply with iOS/Android guidelines and accessibility requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a product designer with a focus on mobile apps (iOS, Android)
  • Excellent command of Figma (Senior+/Lead level)
  • Proven experience creating high-converting, visually impressive designs for consumer products
  • Knowledge of mobile usability principles, user research and A/B testing
  • Understanding of mobile development constraints and ability to design realistic concepts
  • Experience creating and implementing animations (Lottie, Rive, AE)
  • Experience working in startups (100-200 employees)
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, combining creativity with business goals
  • Fluency in English (B1/B2)
