About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Compliance Analyst, responsible for designing and implementing cybersecurity protocols tailored to client needs.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their operations and providing security education and regular phishing tests. You will assist in executing elements and projects within a security program, work directly with clients to tailor security policies and procedures, and serve as a subject matter expert on our security education platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting vCISOs in executing elements and projects within a security program
  • Working directly with clients to understand their operations and tailor security policies and procedures
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on our security education platform
  • Designing and deploying phishing tests to clients regularly
  • Providing compliance audit readiness support as required
  • Provisioning, implementing, and managing Vanta or a similar GRC platform for clients
  • Building new tools and techniques to compress human-intensive tasks into work that can be achieved in a fraction of the time
  • Documenting best practice procedures for commonly used technologies for standardization of deployment
  • Identifying system misconfigurations and drawing up recommendations for clients, and assisting where necessary
  • Capturing regular metrics highlighting key activities, measurable accomplishments, and blockers
  • Supporting the design and development of our service offerings through insightful feedback and a positive attitude as a contributing member of our security delivery team
  • Helping drive improvements in our best-in-class security services through the creation of knowledge-base articles and services documentation
  • Responding to and engaging our customers through various mediums as required
