Job Title: Data Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and ElasticSearch. You should also have hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL, and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and Kubernetes.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
  • Configure and customize the platform to align with client-specific workflows and compliance needs
  • Troubleshoot performance issues related to data ingestion, processing, and platform execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in data-intensive systems
  • Proven expertise in deploying platforms for banks, fintech, or other regulated industries
  • Proficiency in Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and ElasticSearch
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and Kubernetes
